Any fight of this nature takes money – the more cash, the bigger the punch!

Place to Race founders Terry Morris and Brett “Crusher” Murray have launched the fund with personal donations of $5000 each.

They are hoping for similar contributions from other major industry stakeholders in the region, but also contributions from clubs and individuals of any amount.

These donations will be used in the on-going advertising, marketing, venue hire, audio visual hire and other costs associated with the proposed public rally.

There will be full documentation of all expenditure, which will be available on request to any donating party.

Donations of $5000 or more will be acknowledged with a targeted media release and official acknowledgement on the Place To Race website, as well as Murray’s Corner in Wednesday’s Gold Coast Bulletin.

Donations can be made electronically or at any branch of the Bank of Queensland.
